Brew up some sauerkraut this winter! And keep healthy. Wed. Nov.10, 6-8 PM Sunday Nov. 14, 2-4 PM Learn how to make beneficial sauerkraut for taste and digestive health. The lactobacillus bacteria in sauerkraut is essential for digestive and immune health and it tastes great! Participants will get hands on instruction on how to prepare the cabbage and what to do with it once they get home with their take-home jars. $55 per person, includes instruction, take home information sheets, recipes, sampling of goods and snacks.
